A Winner: Stewed Chicken

G made Stewed Chicken: Kota Kokinisti tonight before he left for work. The whole kitchen smelled delicious. The chicken was so tender it fell off the bone. I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Mizithra is a Greek cheese; he found it at Your Dekalb Farmer's Market. There are a lot of strange cheeses in our refrigerator now.
